  I have an uneven entryway that needs to be re-surfaced somehow. I sent a request to FlooringAmerica to see if I could arrange for a flooring professional to come out and look at what I've got. We have old wooden rectangular tiles and they have all started to come loose. When they built this house back in 1980, it appears that the main water line into the house bulges the floor in the entryway. I need to find out if the underlying surface can be evened out. I was encouraged to drop by the store, but I don't want to do that and have to explain this situation over and over again to different people and then explain it again to the work crew. As a result, we never did business together, although I would like to.
